Shipping policy

All orders are processed and delivered by the local post office. Orders within Switzerland will be shipped by Swiss Post and will be free of charge. 

International shipping may incur import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that the delivery date may vary depending on the postal service of the country where the order was placed. The cost of shipping for orders within Europe are 10.- CHF per order.

Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as payment is completed.

Processing times may vary depending on the level of customisation and order volume. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 4-10 business days. You will receive a notification with information once your order has been dispatched.
